Ross Deschaine, Owner & President

Ross established Sunco Pump & Well Drilling Inc. with his wife Terri in 1989. In order to provide the same first-class service for which the company is known, he builds all of his own equipment.  Additionally, Ross holds all the drilling and pump installation licenses required by the state of Maine.

Terri Deschaine, Owner & Manager

When you walk through the front door of the office, Terri is always there to greet you with a smile. Additionally, she's always available via phone to answer any questions about water in the well. She also oversees the daily operations of everyone and helps in the field when needed. They have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Bert Deschaine, Master Technician

Bert is Ross's brother and has worked for the family business since 1999. He is our water system specialist and knows all there is about installing a pump system, you can count on him to get the job done right and in a timely manner. He has a great understanding of how every water system works and operates, and has great on site ideas. He is married for over 30 years to Jeannie and has 2 sons and 2 grandchildren which he adores.

Matt Bramlett, Well Driller/ Technician

Matt joined the family business in 2014, He is the son of Ross & Terri. He has experience in all areas of the water drilling and pumps, you can count on him to handle any sized project thrown his way. He is also a licensed as a light or heavy duty mechanic and services the company's vehicles. He is a single dad with 2 daughters.

Sharon White, Office Manager

Sharon joined the Sunco family in the spring of 2017 as our Office Manager. She is very knowledgeable with the water well industry and she has a very out going personality. She handles the daily scheduling for our techs and is an integral part of Sunco's business operations and team. If you need a new well, or water well service call the office and ask for Sharon for more information. Sharon has a daughter and 2 grandchildren.

Donald Chickering

He joined us in July 2019. We enjoy having Don around. He is a great technician and learns more everyday for Bert. He enjoys challenges in the water industry, and keeps the laughs going in the place. He is a single dad of 2 teenage boys.

Brian Bunch 

Brian has been with us since August 2020, he is our Journeyman Well Driller. He is training to be a mechanic as well as working towards his Master Well Drillers license. He lives in Sabattus and spends his down time up in Madrid, (his hometown) camping and sitting by a fire.

Nate Sawyer

Nate joined our team in September 2024. He is very dependable and willing to learn. He has adapted quickly with keeping up with Bert and Don on doing service calls and installing pump systems for replacements and new installs. He keeps the vans stocked and keeps the shop clean. He is an all-around good guy; has a son he adores. He is a Marine Veteran.
